Shipping
We have our own logistics partner specialized in transporting our goods. You will be contacted to make a appointment for the delivery. The estimited time of arrival will be shown on the product page.
Normally 1-3 business days depending on the product of choice. Otherwise you will be notified by a popup message saying there is a delay, all before purchase.
Refund
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. European warranty guidelines apply to electrical appliances, with the exception of batteries. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are issued:
Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
- Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially credited.
- Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
- Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@spiritdrinkingwater.com and send your item to: Fabritiusstraat 11 6921 MX Duiven Nederland.
Dispatch
- To return your product, please email your product to: Fabritiusstraat 11 6921 MX Duiven Nederland.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you’re returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What we collect and store.
When you visit our site, we collect the following information:

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we
collect the information shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address
and browser user agent to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email
address (also called a hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it.

picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Media
If you are a registered user and upload images to
the site, you should avoid uploading images containing EXIF GPS location
data. Visitors to the site can download the images from the site and view the
location data.

When you leave a comment on our site, you can

How long we keep your data
